Refund Policy
We value your choice but please note that we do not accept returns for downloadable digital products once they are purchased. Due to the nature of digital items, once a download has started, it cannot be reversed, making it impossible for us to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchases.
How We Work?
We initially offer our produced assets through the Claim Ownership system. If they are sold, we grant the rights to a single individual, excluding the rights to redistribute. If not sold, we add the asset to our store, allowing anyone interested to purchase it. The assets are produced by us and undergo all necessary checks before being made available for sale.
